Who designs your caps and patches?

We design all of our caps and patches from scratch and every detail has been perfected to give you, the customer a unique new concept in headwear that we guarantee you would never have seen before.

What are the caps made out of?

Our initial range of caps are constructed using a blend of cotton (back + sides) and polyester (velcro front + snap). We will be releasing lots of exciting new variations including leathers, denims and other cool fabrics – exciting times ahead…

What are the patches made out of?

Our patches are constructed using lots of different materials – some are made from durable rubber, some from leather and some are cotton with beautiful ‘3d’ embroidery. We constantly strive to deliver new and exciting ways for you to customise your crown.

I have seen other embroidered caps and patches online. How do yours differ from theirs?

Caps have been around as long as swag has and elements of our industry’s history will always be a part of us. With the offer of our unique velcro caps and complimentary patches, we now offer a totally new concept in the way you can customise your “crown” to match your style. We encourage individuality and nothing says that better than a Custom Crown.

How many patches can you fit on a cap?

You can comfortably fit two patches on the front panels of the hat but its as much fun placing them on the velcro peak or under­-peak. We can’t wait to see the way you guys customise your crown.

How often do you bring out new patches?

We are launching 18 patches initially (across various themes ranging from “Street” to “Social”, “Political” to “Retro Gaming” but rest assured, our aim is to release exciting new patches regularly including (but not limited to) artist collaborations, premium patches and, if your lucky – 1/1 designs. What size are your caps?

Our caps work on a ‘one size fits most’ scale. For a full breakdown of sizing please view our size chart section.

What size are your patches?

We currently offer several shape variations of patches (including circle/ rectangle, speech bubble) – these all vary in size. we are looking to also release “pin badge” size patches to add even more possibilities of customisation.

Do you sell caps on their own?

We decided early on in the development of CC that all our hats should come with a complimentary patch of your choice. However as they are all velcro you can choose to wear the cap without any patch or with lots! We love to see creativity and individuality. We look forward to seeing how you “Create your own style. Customise your crown.”

Do you sell patches on their own?

We do sell patches separately and encourage you to build up your collection of our limited edition designs to give you the freedom to express your individual style by creating your own unique­ looking Crown.

Will I be able to get products after they have sold out?

Due to their limited nature, once they sell out, they will never be seen again. So make sure you don’t wait around to purchase your favourite combos. Don’t worry if you miss out on a cap or patch – our designers have hundreds of creations constantly in the pipeline and we always aim to better ourselves with every new collection.

Shipping & Returns

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer WORLDWIDE shipping.

Orders of £40.00 or more include FREE shipping to all UK customers. Any orders under £40.00 are charged at a flat rate of £2.50.

We also offer a ‘next day delivery service’ to UK customers.

International orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (end to end tracking with a signature on delivery.)

Shipping is set at a flat fee of £10 for International orders.

Orders of £80.00 or more include FREE shipping to our International customers.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package

We try to ensure that all orders are processed within 48 hours unless you purchase next day delivery (before 3pm).

If for some reason the process takes longer we will make sure we inform you.

We also offer a tracking service to monitor your Custom Crown throughout it’s journey.

How Are The Caps Shipped Out?

All our caps are shipped in our unique Custom Crowns cap box (we hope they will find a nice place to sit in your bedroom), the box also includes your complimentary patch and any others you have ordered as well as a silver CC cap sticker. The whole product is then placed in a plastic sealed envelope and delivered to your door. Lovely.

How are The Patches Shipped Out?

Our patches are shipped in a clear bag and then bubble wrapped for extra protection. Delivered to your door. Lovely.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We offer Worldwide shipping.

We ship from Shoreditch to Singapore, Portabello to Poland. As long as you have a door to knock on we will deliver there!

Refunds & Returns.

Due to hygiene issues, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds and exchanges on any cap which simply becomes unwanted.

If however, you receive your cap and find it’s faulty or not the one you ordered – which we hope will not happen – then please let us know within 48 hours of signing for the package. We will need you to send us a photograph and explanation of the fault in an email to This way we can identify the problem, and ensure a replacement is sent to you ASAP.

Once we have received your email we will reply within 24 hours with instructions of what to do next. Any cap returned to us will need posting back in its original box, taped securely and sent to : Custom Crowns Apparel Ltd, 1 Brunswick Grove, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 1HP.

When returning the item we will take no responsibility for any losses or damage so we recommend you send using recorded delivery with insurance for the total cost of the item. We also recommend that you send the item(s) back via recorded 1st class OR special delivery as we will need the item back within 30 days.

On receiving your package we will refund you the cost of postage and if a replacement cap is required, this will be sent at no additional charge.

RETURN TO SENDER : All our packages require a signature on delivery. It is important to make sure the address on your Paypal account is the correct address for delivery and that there will be someone there to accept and sign for the package. If your package remains unclaimed or if the address you have given us is incorrect, Royal Mail will return the package to Custom Crowns. In these cases you will be notified of the returned package and your address will need to be verified before despatch. You will be charged the cost of postage incurred by re-sending the package as we cannot be held liable for unclaimed packages. You will receive an invoice via Paypal to the same account used at purchase. Once payment is received, we will despatch your cap immediately.
